Cancellations.
Clients are obliged to notify the cancellation in writing. If Locanda Bandini will receive a reservation for the same period and the same room, will return the sum to the customer. Otherwise the sum paid can be used by the customer for a new stay to be carried out within 12 .months. The arrival at the next day than expected obligates the customer to pay for the whole booked stay.
Balance of payment.
The balance due for accomodation must be paid on arrival in cash.
