There are three apartment-suites. Built to accommodate friends, they offer the warmth and style of true homes with few concessions to standard hotel facilities (no TV, jacuzzi, etc.).
All the furnishings and the décor have been chosen to our own taste and specifications, same as for the rest of the house: the terracotta floor tiles made by hand by our friend Fabrizio, the wall colour inspired by an old farm in Provence, the doors copied from a sample found in the debris of the old house, the furniture from our previous home in Naples.
Bathrooms have hair dryers and good-sized shower cubicles.
Kitchens are equipped with refrigerator (stocked with water, beer, coke), electric kettle and stove.
Books and magazines on the historic, artistic and natural heritage of the area are to be found in each apartment, along with tourist guides to Tuscany and Umbria.
Access to the apartments is arranged in such a way as to maximise privacy. Each has its own external space furnished with table and chairs, including easy chairs, either in sunshine or shade.
The laundry is fully equipped with washing-machine, sinks and detergents.
Prices are fully inclusive, with a change of towels every three days, sheets once a week, central heating in winter, drinks in the fridge, tea, coffee, etc.
Croissants, cakes and newspapers are provided for breakfast as our way of saying "good morning".
