The booking becomes valid once the deposit has been credited. Cancellations Clients must inform us in writing (by letter or email) in the event of a cancellation. If the notification arrives 31 days prior to the date of arrival, Locanda Bandini will retain the deposit. If notification arrives after this date, the client will be obliged to pay the full amount for the period and accommodation booked. This sum must be paid at the time of cancellation. Arriving a day later than the date booked will, nonetheless, oblige the client to pay for the days booked, even if notification has been given. In other cases, the client must cover the full cost for the period and accommodation booked. Balance of Payment The balance due for accommodation must be paid on arrival by Bancomat. A refundable deposit of €200 (a receipt will be issued) must also be paid on arrival, to cover any damage to the apartment or its contents. This depositi will be returned on departure after checking the apartment.
